RTO-II collects Rs 39.15b against target of Rs 38.78b in first six months of FY 2015-16

LAHORE: The Regional Tax Office -II(RTO-II) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has collected Rs 39.15 billion in the first six months of fiscal year 2015-16 against the assigned target of Rs 38.78 billion by surpassing Rs 370 million.

Sources told Customs Today that RTO-II has collected Rs 22.05 billion under the head of income tax against the target of Rs 22 billion, Rs 15.7 billion in sales tax against the target of Rs 15.7 billion and Rs 120 million under the head of excise duty against the assigned target of Rs 108 million.
