KARACHI: Pakistani rupee Friday continued losing value against US dollar open market, however it strengthened in interbank.
As per the local currency market, the US dollar gained 15 paisa in open market to reach Rs101.45 and lost 30 paisa in interbank to stand at 100.50. On Thursday, the rupee dropped by 15-paisa against the dollar in interbank for buying and selling at Rs100.78 and Rs100.80 respectively, while it shed five-paisa in open market for buying at Rs101.05 and it also depreciated by 10-paisa for selling at Rs101.30.
