MOSCOW: Despite the increase of soybean acreage and the expected crop growth in season 2015/16, Russian soybean imports continue to increase.
In September 2015 Russia has imported 184 KMT of soybean against to 59 KMT in August and 122 KMT in September 2014.
99% of purchases had been carried out from South American countries – Uruguay and Argentina.
Such figures confirm the forecast of UkrAgroConsult about soybean imports increase in season 2015/16 in Russia .
