RIYADH: A bid to smuggle in children’s dolls with fake explosive belts strapped to their waists has been foiled by the Saudi Customs Authority, Al Watan reported.

The doll shipment was intercepted at King Khaled International Airport. According to the Public Relations Department at the Customs Authority, the 42 dolls were transported by aglobal shipping company with a large assortment of planes and trucks.
