ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Thursday directed the Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to submit implementation report regarding court order on illegal appointments in the agency.
A division bench of the apex court headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed heard the contempt of court case.
The court also directed to fix those officers who failed to implement the court orders and strict action should be taken against responsible officers. The court directed the DG FIA to submit detailed report regarding implementation of court orders in one month and adjourned hearing of the case.
