Service Tribunal hears promotion cases against FBR

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal on Friday heard petitions against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), which were filed on not implementing the tribunal’s decision about promotion and incentive.

A division bench comprising Syed Muhammad Hamid and Ishtiaq Ahmed heard the cases filed seeking implementation by petitioners, Saradr Ali Khawaja and Syed Ghulam Abbas Kazmi.

Earlier, a division bench comprising Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi had heard these cases.

The petitioner had filed the case seeking implementation over FST’s decision, which has not been realized by the FBR so far. The bench adjourned hearing of cases till first week of the February.
