SHC benches will hear 65 customs cases today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) will take up more than 65 custom cases filed by different companies on Tuesday (today).

According to the roster bench No 1, headed by Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, will hear more than seven customs cases including those which were filed by Pak Turk Enterprises (Private ) Limited, M/s Lasani Flour Mills and others.

Another SHC bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhter and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi, will take up 58 customs cases including those which were filed by M/s Eastern Freighter Services, M/s Kon Securities Limited, M/s Pakistan Beverage Limited, M/s AS Paper, M/s Lottee Kolson (Private) Limited, People’s Steel Mills Ltd, M/s Pakistan Steel Mills, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd and others.
