KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has directed the customs authorities to unblock the national tax number and Web Based One Customs (WeBOC) User ID of tiles importer, M/s Home Life.
A division bench of the SHC gave this direction while hearing a petition filed by M/s Home Life, seeking to unblock its NTN and WeBOC ID. Advocate Ghulam Nabi Shar, who represented the petitioner, submitted that the customs appellate tribunal had allowed the petitioner’s appeal against the customs authorities, directing them to unblock its user ID.
Nevertheless its directions were not being complied with. Therefore, he pleaded the court to direct the authorities to unblock its user ID and NTN.
