SHC moved for release of oil tankers confiscated by Customs

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has issued notices to a Customs Collector in a case filed by the owner of two oil tankers.

A SHC divisional bench, comprising Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro and Justice Khadim Hussain M Shaikh, issued notices to the Customs Collector, posted at Model Customs Collectorate Hyderabad, for August 3.
