SHC orders Customs to produce Prado on April 5

KARACHI: A Sindh High Court’s customs appellate bench has ordered officials of DIT, Pakistan Customs to produce a Toyota Prado on April 5.

The bench was comprised of Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Fasial Agha. The counsel for petitioner Al-Hamd submitted that the vehicle was detained by the DIT on accusation that it was a non-custom paid vehicle. The counsel submitted that the vehicle was an old vehicle, 2002 model and duly registered having a valid number plate.
