KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has fixed March 15 date to decide a Toyota Surf detention case.

A SHC appellate bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Mrs Ashraf Jahan, adjourned hearing of a petition filed by Muhammad Usman Shah. The Customs Department earlier told the bench that the auction documents submitted by the petitioner are fake. The counsel took the plea that the allegation of fake documents of auction was not the part of the show cause.
