SHC to hear 35 cases of customs, income tax today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday will take up more than 35 cases related to custom and income tax.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Nadeem Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Faisal Kamal will hear more than 20 customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by Byco Petroleum Pakistan, Tapal Tea (Private) Limited, Shan Foods (Private) Limited, Trading Corporation of Pakistan, M/S Jubilee Life Insurance, K A Wahab Advocate, Abid Shahid Zuberi, Dr Muhammad Farogh Naseem and others.
