SHC will hear 54 cases related to customs, income tax today

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) will take up around 54 cases related to custom and income tax on Monday (today).

According to the roster, two-member bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhter and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi, will hear 54 customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by M/s Mahmood Textile Mills ( Pvt ) Ltd, M/s Wing Security ( Pvt ) Ltd, M/s Popular Spinning Mills ( Pvt ) Ltd, M/s Cresent Machineries, M/s Industrial Clothing ( Pvt ) Ltd, M/s Scientific Supplies ( Pvt ) Ltd, M/s Al Qamar Enterprises, M/s Shabab Engineering Industries and others.
