SHC will hear 60 customs, income tax related cases today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) will take up 60 cases related to custom and income tax issues today (Friday).

According to the roster, a division bench of the SHC headed by Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah will hear 7 customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by M/s Mehtab Steel, Pak Turk Enterprises (Pvt ) Ltd, M/s Turk Hava Yollari, Gamaluz Oleo Chemical (Private) Limited and others.

Another SHC division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhter and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi will take up 53 customs and income tax related cases including MCB Bank Ltd, H.M.S International, Mohammad Hussain Qureshi, Commissioner of Income Tax, M/s Asio African Co, Pvt, M/s Rizwan Associates, Additional Director DG I&I-FBR Karachi, M/s Win Pipe Industries Pvt Ltd, Mst Ulsan Khatoon, Mahmood Nawaz & others, Commissioner Inland Revenue and others.
