SHC will take up around 70 cases related to customs, income tax today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) will take up more than 70 cases related to customs and income tax today.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi will hear customs and income tax related cases, including those which were filed by Collector of Customs vs M/s Leather, Muhammad Yasir Paracha, Tayaiba Khatoon, M/s Muhammad Kamaluddin, Muhammad Riazuddin, Farid Alam, Muhammad Naeem, M/s Mandiali Paper Mills (Private) Limited, Director General of Customs Valuation, ICI Pakistan Limited,  Essa Cement Industries Limited, Muhammad Saleem Ansari, M/s Pak Suzuki Motors Company, Gerry’s Danata (Private) Limited, Director Transit Trade, M/s OPAL-25  (JV), M/s Galaxy Construction, Commissioner of Income Tax, Volkart Brothers Holding Co, M/s Habib Bank A.G.Zurich, S.G Fiber Ltd, M/s Procter & Gamble Pakistan, Seri Sugar Mills (Private) Limited, National Logistic Cell & others, M/s Unique Wire Industries and others.
