Sialkot: Chief Commissioner Dogar hails tax lawyers for bridging gap between taxpayers, RTO

SIALKOT:  Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Sialkot Abdul Rehman Dogar has hailed the pivotal role of the Sialkot-based tax lawyers in resolving the issues of taxpayers.

Addressing the participants of the oath-taking ceremony of the newly-elected office bearers of the Sialkot Tax Bar Association, he said that the lawyers facilitate the Sialkot business community and have bridged the gap between taxpayers and Regional Tax Office (RTO).

President Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Fazal Jillani, President Tax Bar Association Haji Abdul Qayyum and President Sialkot District Bar Association (DBA) Khawaja Awais Mushtaq were also present on this occasion.

Chief Commissioner Abdul Rehman Dogar sought effective and positive suggestions from the tax lawyers regarding developing good working relationship between the Tax Bar Association (TBA) Sialkot and Regional Tax Office (RTO) Sialkot, announcing that all the perturbing problems of the local tax lawyers would be resolved amicably on priority basis, besides, ensuring the early provision of land for establishing the expanded office of the Sialkot Tax Bar Association.

Earlier, Chief Commissioner Abdul Rehman Dogar administrated oath to Sialkot Tax Bar Association’s newly elected president Haji Abdul Qayyum,  senior vice President Shakeel Khan, vice president  Asim Ullah Khan, general secretary Tafheem Ejaz Khan, joint secretary Saqib Javaid, finance secretary Amjad Ali and information secretary Naveed Iqbal Bhatti.
