SIALKOT: Customs Intelligence and Investigation Department Gujranwala division has auctioned a non-duty paid car on other day.
According to sources Customs Intelligence staff impounded a non duty paid Toyota Hilux Surf some days ago. The owner of car was failed to show any legal documents to customs team officials.The department later decided to auction the and Superintendent Muhammad Anwar conducted auction of car after instructions from Assistant Director Ms. Zainab Mehmood.
One party purchased the car in Rs7,85,000 and Superintendent Sajjad Rubani along with other officials deposited auction amount National Bank of Pakistan Branch Sialkot Dry Port Trust (SDPT).
