Sialkot Customs surpasses Q3 target in two months

SIALKOT: Under the leadership of Collector Ahmad Reza, the Model Custom Collectorate has surpassed its target of third quarter (January-March), a month earlier by collecting Rs 320 million against Rs 300 million target during January and February.

Talking to Customs Today, Assistant Collector Fahad Bashir Chaudhary said that the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) allocated Rs 300 million collection target for the first three months of the year 2016, but the department achieved the target in two months and collected Rs.320 million. He said that the Sialkot Customs also issued Rs 310 million to exporters as rebate.
