Sialkot Customs to organise workshop, refresher courses for employees

SIALKOT: The Customs Department has made a plan to arrange refresher courses and workshops for customs employees in mid of August 2016 at all Customs Houses in the country.

Official sources told Customs Today that the Customs Department is preparing a list of inspectors, appraisers, deputy superintendents and superintendents for refresher courses and workshops. He said that the officers of department will give lectures to the participants during refresher courses and workshops.

He told the officers in their lectures highlight new technology for customs clearing,  appraising, anti smuggling etc. He told collectors and additional collector will deliver their lecture to participants of workshop and refresher courses. Sources said that Member Customs Federal Board of Revenue will participate in the refresher course and workshop.
