SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker-turned-notorious proclaimed offender (PO) Najam Abbas from Sambrial.
According to FIA Deputy Director Chaudhary Khalid Anees, the accused was wanted in dozens of cases of human trafficking, as he had been running a black business of sending the local innocent people abroad illegally especially to European, African and Middle East countries and to the Gulf States by extorting big amounts from them after showing them the golden dreams of their lucid future in abroad.
He added that FIA has sent the accused behind the bars after registering case against him. Further investigations are underway.
