Replying to a question Mushtaq Kazmi said that we are quite optimistic that we will collect more taxes in the month of January. He said we already send notices to tax defaulters asking them to pay their taxes to avoid strict action. He said some defaulters replied positively and seek some time to deposit tax retruns, so we are hoping to collect more taxes in January.
