Smart Zone, courier company directors seeks removal of their names in Exit Control List

ISLAMABAD: Courier company TCS, and Smart Zone directors Latif Ullah and Mohammad Asghar challenges Customs Intelligence and Investigation decision to put their names in Exit Control List.

In their plea both directors says that federal ministry of interior put their names in exit control list when they were not arrested.

They said that now after their arrest they are cooperating with investigations authorities so their names should be removed from Exit Control List.

On the other hand Islamabad High Court admits their plea for hearing and adjourned the hearing of case till unlimited period.

Customs authorities in their reply said that they recommended to ministry of interior to put names of these directors in Exit Control List because they were expecting that both of these directors may tried to flee from the country to avoid arrest and investigations.
