LAHORE: Customs Inspector Mohammad Yasin has lodged a complaint with Johar Town Police Lahore against one Jamshed Iqbal for hurling life threats.
According to Mian Mohammad Yasin, he had been investigating a Customs fraud case against the Jamshed Iqbal, Safdar Iqbal, Javed Iqbal, Sikandar Subhani and Kamal Subhani. Subsequently, the accused made a murder attempt on him and in the incident, his son was injured.
In this murder attempt case, Jamshed Iqbal, Javed Iqbal and Sikandar Subhani are absconders while Kamal Subhani is under arrest.
Yaseen said Jamshed Iqbal are giving life threats to the Customs Inspector on phone and pressurizing him to withdraw the case. Inspector Yasin in his complaint lodged with the police has sought security and requested action against the suspects.
