SRB restores sales tax registration of 13 companies

KARACHI: The Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has restored sales tax registration of another 13 companies, which were suspended on non-compliance of return filing and payment of outstanding amount.

The SRB, in a letter to Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL), referring to an earlier notification dated July 25, 2017 under which sales tax registration of around 4,338 companied had been suspended.

The provincial revenue authority said that in continuation of the correspondence cases of 13 more taxpayers of suspended cases, as instant cases had paid the penalty for non-filing imposed on each as per law and produced relevant Cash Payment Receipt (CPR).

Therefore, the SRB registration of the 13 taxpayers should be restored with immediate effect so these taxpayers could file their Sindh sales tax return and pay the due amount of Sindh sales tax in the normal course.

The SRB restored the registration of the following taxpayers:

  1. Lal Noor Enterprises
  2. Alpha Brothers
  3. Innovation Construction International
  4. Taj Marine Engineering
  5. ARD Enterprises
  6. Al-Saudi Engineers
  7. Bore & Bore
  8. Al Sadat Enterprises
  9. Surhan Construction Company
  10. Syndicate Engineering Services
  11. Memon & Memon Enterprises
  12. Al-Dost Engineering Services
  13. Transglobal Technologies
