TCS submits written reply to adjudication collector Seema Bukhari

ISLAMABAD: In Smart Zone smuggling case, TCS Courier Company has submitted its written reply to Collector Adjudication Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad Seema Bukhari.

Before this, TCS refused to reply to the Collectorate, but Collector Adjudication made it clear that if TSC did not submit a reply to show cause notice, one sided decision can be made against it, on which TCS submitted its reply.

In its reply, TCS was of the view that this case is not related to TCS Courier Company but the TCS Logistics, and said that the customs should ask them for explanation from TCS Logistic. Customs authorities will give a written reply to TCS. Further case proceedings will be held on April 28.
