TMA Sialkot declares 36 private housing schemes illegal, ban plots sale, purchase

SIALKOT: The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) has declared as many as 36 private housing schemes in Sialkot as illegal, as these private housing schemes were not approved by the TMA.

ThSialkot TMA has also imposed ban on the sale and purchase of all kinds of plots in these colonies to save the people from fraud and embezzlement. The TMA has also ordered the concerned officials to ensure the early sealing of the offices of these illegal private housing schemes.

Administrator TMA Sialkot Adnan Mehmood Awan told that there were 36 private housing schemes in Sialkot, which were illegal and not approved and they have no NOC from the TMA.

He said that stern legal action is being taken against these illegal housing schemes as well.e
