ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti on Wednesday chaired hearing of as many as 26 petitions.
The chairman head 25 petitions while chairing a two-member Division Bench of tribunal. Member Technical, Khalid Mehmood was the other member in the bench.
The cases heard by Tribunal’s division bench were filed by TCS Private Limited, Smart Zone Private Limited, National Institute of Health, Islamabad, and Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), Makkays Company, China Water, Momentum Trading Corporation, Fahad Industries, Deputy Collector Customs, Islamabad, Sana Enterprises, Atlas Honda Limited, and others.
Meanwhile, tribunal’s chairman heard case filed by Akhtar Khan through Advocate Sikander Naeem Qazi against DGII, Islamabad as single bench.
