EUGENE: A Washington state woman was arrested in Eugene after 24.4 pounds of crystal methamphetamine was discovered.
On November 20, an OSP Trooper stopped a 2003 Honda Pilot for speeding on Interstate 5 near milepost 195. The Trooper observed signs of criminal activity and with the assistance of a Springfield PD drug detection canine, a hidden compartment was located inside the vehicle. Approximately 24.4 pounds of crystal methamphetamine was seized.
The driver is 55 year old Teri L BAKER, of Kent, Washington. She was arrested and lodged at the Lane County Jail for Unlawful Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine.
The investigation is ongoing.
