VRs of coated paper, milk for infants and confectionery items issued

KARACHI: The Directorate of Customs Valuation Department has issued three more valuation rulings, numbered 623, 624 and 625 under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.

The Customs values of Art card coated paper and light weight coated paper, milk preparations for infant use and confectionery items have been determined under VR numbers 623/2013, 624/2013 and 625/2013 respectively.

The Customs value of coated paper from Japan having PCT code 4810.1990 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 4810.1990.1400 has been fixed at $0.78. The Customs value of coated paper from Europe having PCT code 4810.1990 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 4810.1990.1500 has been fixed at $0.78. The Customs value of coated paper from other countries having proposed PCT code for WeBOC is 4810.1990.1600 has been fixed at $0.77.

The Customs value of light weight coated paper from all origins having PCT code 4810.2200 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 4810.2200.1000 has been fixed at $0.77.

The Customs value of milk preparations for infant use from Europe having PCT code 1901.1000 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1901.1000.1000 has been fixed at $5.50 and from Far East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1901.1000.1100 has been fixed at $5.

The Customs value of milk preparations for infant (lactose free formula) from Europe having PCT code 1901.1000 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1901.1000.1200 has been fixed at $6.50 and from Far East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1901.1000.1300 has been fixed at $6.

The Customs value of milk preparations for infant use from Europe having PCT code 1901.1000 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1901.1000.1400 has been fixed at $7.50 and from Far East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1901.1000.1500 has been fixed at $6.75.

The Customs value of candies from China having PCT code 1704.9090 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1000 has been fixed at $1, from Far East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC is 1704.9090.1100 has been fixed at $1.40, from Middle East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1200 has been fixed at $1.60 and from Europe having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1300 has been fixed at $1.80.

The Customs value of candies from Far East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1400 has been fixed at $1.55, from Middle East having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1500 has been fixed at $1.75 and from Europe having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1600 has been fixed at $1.95.

The Customs value of compound chocolate from Turkey having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1700 has been fixed at $2.15, lolly pops from all origin having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1800 has been fixed at $1.75, Fruitella and Polo (Mentos) from all origins having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.1900 has been fixed at $1.90 and Jelly from all origins having proposed PCT code for WeBOC 1704.9090.2000 has been fixed at $1.20.
