SIALKOT: Deputy Collector Waheed Anwar Abro has issued instructions for the renewal of the customs clearing license.  He ordered that all customs clearing agents must fix court fee tickets worth Rs 90 with the renewal documents. He said that the licenses of those who fail to fix court fee will be suspended.

Deputy Collector Waheed Abro told Customs Today that the court fee for issuance and renewal of license will must fix with license and permit file otherwise file would not be considered. He said that some agents fixed Adhesive and Judicial Stamps with their file but the Customs Department has refused these stamp and issued orders them that they fix court fee tickets instead of these stamps because under the Customs Act 1969 the court fee tickets fix with license and permit documents file and these tickets fixing is appropriate while Customs clearing agents should be careful and fix said tickets with their license and permits files.
