VEHARI: Provincial Minister for Agriculture Dr Farrukh Javed has said that the wheat procurement target would be completed on basis of first come first served.
He said that monitoring of wheat procurement centres were being made through special teams, adding that stern action would be taken against food officials and patwaris over any mismanagement during the provision of gunny bags.
The minister expressed these views while talking to journalists after expressing condolence with MPA Chaudhary Yousuf Kasila over the demise of his brother. Farrukh said the incumbent government was taking revolutionary steps for progress and prosperity of the country.
