LAHORE: Chairman, All Pakistan Anjuman-e-Tajiran, Khawaja Shafique said that newly introduced tax scheme was traders-friendly and the PPP and PTI should avoid opposing the tax scheme.
Addressing a press conference, Khawaja Shafique said the incumbent government gave proper solution to problems of traders in the tax scheme.
The traders would be able to avoid alleged blackmailing of FBR officials. It was first time that tax return form was introduced in urdu language, which facilitated traders. The scheme also encouraged non audit of filers for last nine years, he said and added that the traders who would be part of the scheme, would be exempted from wealth statement.
