Bajwa takes notice of low attendance at FBR

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Tariq Bajwa has taken the action on complaints of officials’ absence in FBR headquarters following the Azadi and Inqlab march mania in the capital and ordered them to make sure their attendance.

As per details, FBR Chairman has issued a circular which stated that FBR officials should make sure their presence at headquarter and no excuse will be accepted for their absence.

Moreover, the FBR has also decided to launch a shuttle service from Policlinic Hospital to FBR office, keeping in view the travelling difficulties faced by FBR officials these days in capital. The shuttle will start its journey at 7:50 AM and will continue daily service till the situation returned to its normal state.

The FBR Secretary Coordination Mahmood Aslam Butt has also issued written instructions to FBR officials to make sure their presence at FBR office on time and warned of consequences if they failed as their presence will be monitored by bio-metric system.
