Banking Mohtasib provides Rs972m monetary relief to customers

KARACHI: The Banking Mohtasib Pakistan has delivered a significant financial relief of Rs 972.33 million to banking customers during the initial nine months of 2023, demonstrating its commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of the banking community.

From January 1st to September 30th, 2023, the Office of Banking Mohtasib received a total of 21,852 complaints, out of which 5,810 were submitted through the Prime Minister’s Portal. This proactive approach by the Banking Mohtasib reflects its dedication to addressing customer concerns promptly.
