FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad to preside over chief commissioners moot on Jan 6- 7

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that a conference of the Chief Commissioners Inland Revenue of all Regional Tax Offices (RTOs)  will be held on January 6 and 7, in Islamabad.

FBR Chairman Nisar Muhammad Khan, will preside over the conference and it will continue for two days (Wednesday and Thursday).

In the conference, overall performance of the RTOs throughout the country during the first six months (from July to December, 2015) of the current fiscal year (FY) 2015-16 will be viewed.

Multan Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Hafiz Muhammad Jamil Awaisi will also participate in the upcoming conference and present the performance of his office during the first six months of FY 2015-16.

It is learnt that the Multan RTO has not only achieved 100 percent target as assigned by the FBR, but it is also two percent ahead of the half-yearly fixed target.
