LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling will start hearing of cases today (Monday) after winter vacations.
As per details, Customs Court remained close due to winter vacations from December 21st, 2015 to January 3 2016.
As per notification issued by the Lahore High Court, Customs Court and other federal courts in Lahore remained off for 13 days in the wake of winter vacations.
Now after end of vocations Customs Court will start hearing of different cases from Monday (today). Number of important cases are scheduled for the day including Bio Amla and Haseeb Waqas tax evasion cases.
