Customs officials seize five cell phone at GPO

FAISALABAD: The officials of Customs GPO import section foil a bid to smuggle foreign origin China cell phones which were hidden in postal parcel worth Rs 229,191 involving customs duty and taxes to the tune of Rs 31,300.

Sources told Customs Today that the mobiles were being smuggled from USA to one Khalid Miraj who is a resident of Ali Garden Phase- 1 Narwala Road Faisalabad. During the examination, it was found that parcel is containing 15 cell phone of different models..
