Customs Tribunal hears 10 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 10 cases and adjourned all the cases until next date of hearing.

The Customs Tribunal adjourned 10 cases including Shahnaz Parveen versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Muhammad Habib Khan versus Faisalabad Customs and Baz Muhammad versus Lahore Customs Intelligence and Investigation.

On Wednesday, the tribunal heard cases, including Abdul Ali versus Lahore Customs Intelligence, Faisalabad Customs versus Muhammad iJaz, Season Foods versus Lahore Customs, Faisalabad Customs Intelligence versus Shakoor, Multan Customs Intelligence versus Abdul Ghafoor and Abdul Karim versus Multan Customs Intelligence.

Meanwhile, the tribunal on Tuesday heard nine cases including Hussain Trading versus Faisalabad Customs, Safder Ali versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence, Faisalabad Customs versus Iftkhar Ahmed, Farhan Saleem versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard cases of Abdul Bari versus Faisalabad Customs, Abdul Malik versus Faisalabad Customs, Khalid Mehmood versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Wateen Telecom versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA), Lahore and UCH Power versus Multan Customs Intelligence.

In all cases, the representatives of the appellant and respondents appeared before the court and argued in favour of their respective parties. After hearing arguments from both parties, the Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourned the case till next date of hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-I not heard any case because no any case was fixed for hearing in the bench-I.
