Juma AL Ghaith, executive director of Customs Development Division said: “The electronic bonding between the Department and its clients has proven to be the best means of exchange of information as per empirical observation. Such technique proved to be time and cost saving and in accordance with the goal of Dubai Government strategy in bringing happiness to clients. The chief officer of Customs Development Division also noted that the new website is an easily accessible, user friendly and fully integrated platform encompassing all customs’ smart services, procedures and activities, all of which gives Dubai Customs advantage in terms of operational efficiency.”

Khalil Saqer bin Gharib, director of Corporate Communications, explained that “The Corporate Communications Department works in harmony with all DC entities in order to develop and elevate the quality of service delivered to clients both locally and internationally. The fresh website provides for better communication with our clients, partners and the community.  It also ensures uninterrupted flow of information generated at Dubai Customs with highest levels of transparency and credibility.  As a reliable source of information, the new website serves decision makers, economic experts as well as local and global media by making available detailed statistical data of Dubai’s trade with the world and other key statistics.”
