FAISALABAD: Collector Customs Adjudication Asif Abbas Khan heard 3 cases against suspects involved in smuggling of Hino truck others items and tax evasion case against M/s Aamil Export Industry.
Sources told Customs Today on 12.10.2018, Qaiser Abbas is facing charges of smuggling of foreign origin goods and Isuzu truck bearing registration no: SR 727 being used for transportation of non-duty paid goods
Sources told that Muhammad Ashtaq was allegedly involved in duties and taxes evasion for smuggling Hino truck with registration number 497 Quetta.
Moreover, the collector heard case filed against M/s Aamil Export Faisalabad which is involved in tax evasion. All these cases were forwarded by the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization Sargodha and DTRE branch Faisalabad.
