Federal Service Tribunal postpones hearing of FBR officials cases

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal on Thursday adjourned a hearing of the FBR officials’ cases, seeking relief from the services appellate tribunal.

The FST Division Bench, comprising of Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi, heard cases filed by Sardar Ali Khwaja and Syed Ghulam Abbas Kazmi, seeking directions to the FBR to implement tribunal’s orders about their promotion and incentives. The court linked both the cases and sought reply from the FBR where both petitioners had been working.
