Several cases filed by employees of FBR were also adjourned the day before yesterday owing to incomplete benches following absence of some members from the tribunal who were performing duties at other stations.

Out of these benches one was comprised of Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid. Syed Rafique Hussain Shah had yet not reached the capital; hence the bench could not hold hearing of cases assigned to it in absence of member. Hence, cases filed by Salahuddin Khan, Muhammad Shafiq, Aleem Ahmed and Muhammad Mumtaz. They filed cases carrying implementation, correction of date of birth, seniority and censure matters.

Meanwhile, another bench of FST comprising of Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr. Nazir Saeed also adjourned hearing of case filed by Sher Afgan Ali. Hearing of this case was also adjourned due to absence one of members.
