Training workshop for FTO staff to use Urdu software concludes

ISLAMABAD: A three-day training workshop to coach employees of the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) concluded.

Secretariat of the FTO arranged the training workshop in order to comply with Supreme Court’s orders regarding implementation of Urdu as official language along with English.

The FTO employees, mainly assistants, private secretaries and stenographers, took part in the thee-day workshop.

Talking to the Customs Today, trained officials of FTO stated that the training proved helpful for them. They said that trainers coached them on Urdu software which would be used for official communication and directives onward.
