ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of a case filed against Regional Tax Office (RTO).
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui was hearing the case.
The petitioner, Paktel Limited, had filed a tax reference making commissioner income tax a respondent. The bench adjourned the hearing of case until December 15.
