In another appeal, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) had also filed an appeal challenging tribunal’s decision and making its party before the IHC. The tribunal had dismissed its petition in 2014.
The court letters further stated: “you (the tribunal) are hereby summoned to appear in this court (IHC) in person or by a pleader duly instructed and able to answer all court’s questions relating to the matters on February 22, 2016.”
The notice further cautioned that “in default of your appearance on the day before the court, the case will be heard and determined in your absence.”
