IHC two divisional benches will hear two tax references today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear two tax references, challenging decisions of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR)on Thursday.

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N. Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will take up the hearing of a sales tax matter filed against the ATIR by an FBR officer. This reference is filed by commissioner Inland Revenue. Another bench of the IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani will hear an income tax matter.
