LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Regional Tax Office (RTO) was vacated by the administration following 8.1 magnitude earthquake that jolted many parts of Pakistan, while cracks have been reported in the building.
The building was vacated as it was feared that the building may collapse in the results of reported cracks in the building.
It was told that the building was cracked as the result of the earthquake that jolted the whole country beside neighbouring countries.
However, a few told Customs Today, visible cracks were existing already and not the result of the quake.
The quake made all the employees move from the tax house and the adjacent building of Customs House.
