KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange Wednesday lost some early gains, however, it remained in green zone as 100-index added 16.40 points to reach 36222.34 points level till midday.
The stock witnessed the maximum trading level of 36309.97 points and minimum level of 36201.05 points, with the total volume of 66,862,010 shares, having Rs4,998,088,148 value.
Earlier, the KSE up by 78.27 points to reach 36284.21 points level, with the total volume of 22,750,080 shares in early trading.
On Tuesday, the selective buying kept trading volatile, however, KSE index closed at green, gaining 121.27 points to reach 36,205.94 points. The market volume decreased to 264.648 million shares traded as compared to 291.146 million shares traded in previous session. The trading value at the local bourse increased to Rs 12.451 billion against Rs 12.316 billion of last session.
