MULTAN:Customs Intelligence and Investigation has detained 60,000 liters of industrial base oil in road checking .
According to details, Customs Intelligence has taken action against the truck loaded with drums of base oil which was coming from Quetta. The truck was captured from Khanewal Bypass Multan. Detained truck bearing registration number C-8489 /Peshawar. Driver provided import documents of the seized truck for its legal possession to Customs teams.
But customs teams took the base oil and truck into their custody for the verification of provided documents by the owner. Customs teams have also measured the weights of the industrial base drums in order to verify that they have not enclosed anything in it. The verification process of the import documents of detained oil drums is still under process.
