Giving a detailed presentation to the participants, Ms. Sahar Nadeem, Associate Program Development of PSDF said that instead of providing training through formal training institutes, PSDF was approaching industries and organizations to pick raw people from the market, train them as per their needs and provide them jobs in their organizations while PSDF would bear the training costs of such trainees. This will not only equip the trainees with the core skills but will also serve as an employment generation for the industries/manufacturers.
